wedding video packages

All our packages are individually styled to suit the wedding. We will film all the events that happen while we are at your wedding.

We don't use editing templates for your wedding video, but instead draw inspiration from the day, so each frame is meticulously thought out. We edit your whole day so that it is interesting to watch from beginning to end, leaving the speeches and the ceremony in full length.

All packages include:

• TEN free DVD copies, with stylish personal colour printed covers
• Two camera operators
• Standard highlight montage: to the length of one song, available for emailing via our website & you tube
• Personalised DVD menu and chapter selections
• Copyright licence for your chosen music
• Special messages from guests
• Your choice of music throughout the wedding video

You can follow our suggested packages or we can tailor a wedding video package to suit your specific needs. We are totally transparent about our prices, so expect no hidden charges after the wedding. Most weddings are shot in HDV format and edited in SD, however please tell us if you specifically want it shot in HDV.

Wedding video packages

• Ceremony filming and editing (we will arrive one hour before the ceremony start time for no extra charge)
• The Reception until the time you ask us to finish (capped until 10pm, a different hourly rate after 10pm)

The 'Adore' package additionally includes:

• The Bride and Groom getting ready at different locations filming and editing
• A personalised growing up photo montage edited to your favorite song (£3/photo we recommend 30 photos)

The 'Desire' package additionally includes:

• 'Short documentary' to complete the story of how the couple met including interviews before or after the wedding
• A personalised honeymoon photo montage (£3/photo we recommend 30 photos)

Filming rates:

Base rate 3hrs = £537

4hrs to 6hrs @ £169/hr

7hrs to 9hrs @ 159/hr

10hrs or more @ £149/hr

After 10pm @ £169/hr

• Live web streaming - no one will miss your special day no matter where they are in the world! from £300
• Studio set interviews with couple before or after the wedding day £179; (or same day directed interviews £139)
• Cinematic highlight montage £189 (7 to 10 mins in length, includes dialogue from ceremony and speeches & can include interviews on the day priced as above)
• After 10pm filming: £169/hour
• Edit in HDV £225 (your wedding is usually filmed in HDV however editing is an extra service)
• Add your old holiday or handy-cam footage: £5/min
• Film your outdoors photo call on real super 8 60s style cine format (only available on sunny days) £149 (including development costs)
• Out of M25 surcharge 0.40 pence/mile
• An 'unedited' rough cut of footage tape by tape supplied on DVD £159
• edited footage supplied on mini DV tape £39/tape
• major changes to the proof/demo edit £25/hr
• Extra editing charge for speeches or ceremony that exceeds 1hr: £2.85/minute
• One camera operator package: £139/hr at a minimum of 3hrs + standard rate after 10pm (NOT available from July to September)

• 10% early bird booking discount (if booked strictly one year or more in advance)
• 5% full payment discount (if paid and the time of booking and must be more than 4 months before wedding date)
• 10% Monday to Friday weekday wedding discount (not available on or adjacent to Bank Holidays)
